  • We are an extremely active group, and have a very proud history and a reputation as being one of the top groups in Gauteng. I am not sure if you have any previous knowledge or experience of what exactly the scout movement is about, but in simple terms while to the child it is basically a lot of fun and adventure, the reality is that the program has been developed to grow the individual in every was possible, and the skills that he will learn and develop will really benefit him in so many ways in later life. (of 7 members that we had in matric in our group last year, 5 were selected as prefects at their various schools, giving a clear indication of the leadership skills that they develop)
  • All members are required to know and understand the scout law and undertake the scout promise before they can be invested.  This is central to the aims of the movement in providing a simple moral code of living to try to adhere to.
 Adult Leaders
  • Our leaders (termed Scouters) all serve in a totally voluntary capacity and they are all very passionate about what the do and totally have the interests of the youngsters at heart. They are all strictly screened and referenced for suitability to work with children, and are required to attend compulsory training courses
