About Us
1st Eagles Scout Group is a member of the South African Scout Association and fall under the West Rand District within Gauteng Area . The Group currently functions within three sections - Rovers (young adults older than 18), Scouts (for Boys & Girls aged 11-18) and Cubs (Boys & Girls aged 7-11)
1st Eagles was officially formed on 1 November 2002 after a merger between Three Ways and 1st Pioneers troops. In in this very short period the troop has established itself as one of Gautengs most successfull groups.
